Complete or partial catering of your event, the team at the Palais de l’Europe offer you a service for all your needs. We offer you a centre point for your event : The in charge one of customers is your interlocutress and will be given the responsability to play the interface with the various services and people receiving benefits concerned.

The catering is managed by caterers chosen by us to suit all your needs; gourmet menu, hot meals, buffet, cocktail dinners…. All breaks, open bars and cocktails are managed by the Palais bar. We can also organise functions for a large number of people as well as reserve tables in any one of the towns many restaurants.

To choose from:

	Unique search for rooms (free of charge)
	When searching for rooms you will be given a detailed summery of the hotel and reservations will be made and sent to you by the organiser.
	Reception of the bulletins of hotel reservation and the down payments
	Attribution of the rooms and treatment of the reservations
	An individual letter of confirmation will be sent out to you.
	Edition of lists of names for the organizer

Our technical team undertakes the total installation of your exposure: partitions, furniture, rail of spots, teaches, electric output... For any assembly by an external person receiving benefits, a tariff with the naked square meter is applied.

The Team of Sporting Animation is at your service to advise you and set up work programmes sporting and ludic according to the number of people, duration and choice of the activities.

In addition to sporting animations, the Office of the Congresses and the Tourist bureau propose visits and excursions to you in Le Touquet and the Coast of Opal at the day or the half day. By walk, bike, in 4x4 or the bus, you will discover a country of contrasts rich in historical and cultural inheritance.

In more of the comparison with the cateriers approved with the Palais de l'Europe, the Office of the Congresses and the Technical Team will help you in the organization of your evenings of official reception: musical animation, spectacle, lighting, wiring for sound, track of dance... You wish that your evening proceed outside the Palais de l'Europe: Hippodrome, Aqualud, hotels... are other places available within our station.
